About Me
Ashley Oakes, LCSW-C, CEO and founder of RO Consulting LLC. RO Consulting, specializes in adult felony mitigation and client advocacy support where we integrate social work theoretical frameworks and treatment modalities to criminal law. As a social work clinician, Ashley served the most vulnerable populations in Baltimore City in primary care settings, and have worked tirelessly to advance health equity through assessment of social determents of health and using best practice to resolve barriers to care, provide client advocacy, and linkage to community resources.
